- Don't admit liability - it can prejudice your position;
- Try and limit any further loss or damage;
- Contact your Account Broker or our Claims Manager
If the claim occurrs outside business hours and it's not an emergency please contact us the next working day. If you are concerned with the situation or consider it an emergency and would like our input please contact your Account Manager or Claims Manager.
