Professional Indemnity & Public Liability Insurance

The Surveyor program is a combined policy, which is designed to provide cover for two products under one umbrella.

The Benefit of a combined policy is that it removes some of the inherent overlap & grey areas that can arise with separate covers.

Coverage options

You can select limits for the Professional Indemnity for up to $10milllion and $20million for the Liability.

Extensions of Cover

A broad range of extension are automatically included in the cover for no additional premium.

• Limit of liability on the Professional Indemnity coverage - the BPB require only $1m per accredited certifier (rather than $2m);
• Bodily Injury is tied back to conduct of Professional Business - this is a very important coverage element;
• Fines & Penalties cover included up to $50,000 - this includes fines that can be levied by the BPB;
• Statutory Liability (fines and penalties) cover option top-up - additional $250,000 for only $275;
• Run-off Coverage available;
